Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd returns to the familiar pitch of Bangabandhu National Stadium after the their IFA Shield heroics with the match of Bangladesh Premier League against Team BJMC at 4:30pm today.
Jamal flew to Kolkata after playing five matches of the professional league and now they will complete their nine match quota of the ongoing phase. Jamal have 13 points from five matches and are positioned fourth in the 10-team table, trailing leaders Abahani by five points. Jamal, who played Abahani on February 25, face Sheikh Russel KC on February 28 before going for another break for the Bangladesh national team commitment. Bangladesh will play India on March 2 in an international friendly at Goa on March 5. Jamal’s last match is against Uttar Baridhara which is scheduled to be held on March 10.
After the completion of Jamal’s matches, the BPL will go for the mid transfer window.
