Pakistan keen to play in Dhaka

Pakistan football team is set to play two warm-up matches against Bangladesh ahead of the Saff Championships in Dhaka next month.   The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has asked the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) to arrange the practice matches for the Saff Championship, which is scheduled to kick-off from September 1 in Nepal and BFF has responded positively.   “We have informed PFF that they can play two matches on August 13 and August 16 or 17. If they agree, then the matches will take place accordingly,” said Abu Naeem Shohag, the general secretary of BFF.   Bangladesh national football team is expected to visit Thailand next month to play two practice matches in the Thai capital. Now, the two practice matches against Pakistan has opened the door of strengthening the team before the final challenges.
