Chelsea fans of Bangladesh donate winter clothes

The Chelsea Supporters Club in Bangladesh marked the occasion of reaching 1000 members by charity works.

On 23 January, in the midst of winter, Bangladesh Official Supporters Club teamed up with a local charity to distribute supplies of clothes to underprivileged children.

After distributing the clothes, the group of Chelsea supporters spent the rest of the afternoon socialising and playing with the children, bringing much joy. The school supported by Bangladeshi Chelsea fans was a non-profit organisation that ensures children receive nutrition, dedication, accommodation and safe treatment - all free of cost.

Bangladesh's club secretary, Zahid Adnan, said 'We feel really proud to represent Chelsea FC and our supporters club for this great cause.'

Last month, Bangladesh reached the benchmark of over 1,000 digital members - placing them in the highest possible tier within the Offical Supporters Club rewards programme.
