Uttar Baridhara returned to the top-flight after two years following their runners-up finish in the second tier Bangladesh Championship League.
They signed tall Gambian forward Landing Darboe from Mohammedan SCL and Brazilian striker Leonardo Lima from Brothers Union while the rest are new.
Former national star striker Alfaz Ahmed was made the coach of the side.
