Real Madrid confirm £15m Brahim Diaz deal

Real Madrid have confirmed the signing of midfielder Brahim Diaz from Manchester City on a six-and-a-half year contract.

Brahim moves to Spain in a deal worth at least £15 million plus £6.5m in add-ons according to Goal.com.

Reports suggest Brahim has agreed a £60,000-a-week contract with the European champions, who have, crucially, guaranteed him a spot in the senior squad.


Juventus keen to sign Ramsey this month

Juventus are keen to sign Aaron Ramsey this month rather than wait for the midfielder's contract to expire at the end of the season, report Calciomercato.

Ramsey has reportedly agreed to join the Bianconeri in the summer on a five-year deal with worth in the region of €10million a year.

However, Juve are considering bringing the deal forward to this month and are willing to pay around £10million for the Welshman, though Arsenal are believed to want at least £20million.


Manchester United keen to seal Manolas deal

Manchester United are ready to pay the £32 million release clause for Roma centre-back Kostas Manolas, according to Gazzetta dello Sport via The Metro.

Interim Old Trafford manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to bolster his defence and the 27-year-old has emerged as a top target.

The clause becomes active in the summer but it is claimed United could start negotiations this month.


Barcelona block Arsenal's Suarez move

Barcelona are resisting Arsenal efforts to land Denis Suarez this month, according to The Mirror.

The Gunners are said to want the 25-year-old former Manchester City midfielder - and have sounded out his representatives about a £20million deal.

But Barca do not want to sell this month or do a loan deal.

Suarez was left out of the Catalans' squad for Sunday's clash with with Getafe.


Dortmund eye Werner to fill Pulisic gap

Borussia Dortmund are determined to recruit Timo Werner to fill the gap left by Christian Pulisic’s departure to Chelsea, reports SportBild.

The 22-year-old is out of contract with Leipzig next year but that has not stopped the Bundesliga leaders from assessing whether to launch a bid for his services.

He would slot into the place vacated by Pulisic, who has headed to the Premier League to link up with Maurizio Sarri’s Blues.


Bayern hope to tempt Hudson-Odoi with Robben shirt number

Bayern Munich are hoping to persuade Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi to join the club by giving him Arjen Robben's shirt number, according to The Sun.

The Bavarian giants have made Hudson-Odoi their top transfer target this month and have already had two offers rejected by the Blues.

However, they hope to force through a deal by offering the youngster Robben's No.10 shirt, with the veteran Dutch winger due to leave the club at the end of the season.


Arsenal want £63m Rodriguez

Arsenal are ready to make a big-money move for Real Madrid's Colombian James Rodriguez, according to The Mirror.

They say speculation is mounting the Premier League club have had a £63 million offer accepted for the player, currently on a two-year loan to Bayern Munich.

Other reports claim Liverpool are interested too.


Guardiola says Foden will not be loaned out

Pep Guardiola says Phil Foden will not be leaving Manchester City on loan after the 18-year-old starred in the club’s 7-0 rout of Rotherham in the FA Cup third round report Goal.com.

Guardiola started a host of senior players but it was the young English midfielder was a stand-out performer, scoring his first senior goal.

Afterwards it was suggested he would benefit from a loan but Guardiola said: “No way, impossible, he is going to stay with us many years.
