Bangladesh boys set up a semi-final clash with India after edging host Nepal 2-1 in their second and last Group A match at the Saff U-15 Championship at ANFA Complex in Lalitpur Monday.
In the process, Bangladesh finished top of Group A with maximum six points from two games.
The boys in red and green put up a valiant display as they were reduced to 10 men in the 33rd minute when goalkeeper Mitul Marma received his marching order.
Ibne Ahad led the way for Bangladesh with a brace, scoring in the second and 46th minute, while Jaan Limbu netted for the home side in the 36th minute.

Bangladesh will now face India in the first semi-final at the same venue Thursday while Nepal will lock horns with Pakistan later the same day.
Bangladesh had earlier thrashed Maldives 9-0 in their first match with Nihat Jaman notching four goals.
The third-place playoff and final will be held Saturday.
