Man Utd agree Alderweireld deal
Spurs will require a replacement before the transfer is completed
Manchester United have an agreement in place with Tottenham for the signing of Toby Alderweireld after a compromise was reached over his price, Goal understands.
The Red Devils had been put off by a £75m ($97m) price tag on Alderweireld, similar to what they faced with Harry Maguire.
But with the deal contingent on Spurs signing a replacement, United are continuing to work on backup plans, in case Alderweireld is not allowed to leave.

Modric move may influence West Ham's Drinkwater pursuit
West Ham are hoping to secure Danny Drinkwater from London rivals Chelsea but may require Luka Modric to move on from Real Madrid for it to happen, reports the Mirror.
Inter want Modric and should they be able to acquire him, the Serie A side would be free to sell Matias Vecino to Chelsea, who would then allow Drinkwater to leave on loan.
If Modric doesn't sign, Chelsea might still be willing to let Drinkwater depart, but it would require the club identifying and signing a replacement before the transfer window closes.
