Bangladesh have won the AFC U-14 Girls’ Regional Championship final defeating Nepal 1-0.
The match was held at Army Physical Fitness and Sports Centre in Lagankhel of Nepal on Sunday.
Maria scored the match-winning goal in the 16th minute, according to Goal Nepal.
The final match was scheduled for April 25 but it was cancelled due to the devastating earthquake in Nepal.
A total of seven teams including India, Bhutan, Maldives, Iran and Sri Lanka had participated in the tournament.
In their route to the final, Bangladesh has defeated Iran while Nepal beat India.
