India win by 8 wickets

India have won against Ireland  in the 34th match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at Hamilton, New Zealand.

The Indians scored 260/2 in 36.5 overs till updating of the report.

Shikhar Dhawan scored a quick hundered to build a solid foundation against the Irish.  It is his 2nd century in this world cup.

Thompson took two wickets of Dhawan and Sharman. Sharma was sent back to pavellion for 64 runs of 66 balls.

Eailer, India packed the Irish team for 259 runs. 

Opener Porterfield scored 67 runs off 93 balls while NJ O'Brien scored 75 off 75 balls. PR Stirling scored 42 runs off 41 balls.

Shami have picked up three wickets while Ashwin took two. Raina, Jadeja, Sharma and Yadav took one wicket each.

Ireland won the toss and elected to bat first.
