The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming Australia tour with Nigar Sultana Joty continuing as the captain of the side.
Joty has recently stepped down from the T20 captaincy but expressed her desire to continue leading the ODI side.
Bangladesh will play three ODIs against the hosts in what will be the first ever bilateral series between the two teams to be held in Australia. All of the matches of the tour will be held at Allan Border Field in Brisbane.
The Bangladesh side will leave for Australia on October 3.
After arriving in Brisbane, they will play a warm-up game against Queensland on October 6. The three ODIs are scheduled for October 9, 11 and 14. The team will depart the country on October 15.
