The Bangladesh Cricket Board Sunday announced the squad for the two World Test Championship matches against the West Indies, leaving out experienced campaigner Mushfiqur Rahim.
Mushfiq's finger injury, which he sustained during the first One Day International against Afghanistan recently, sidelined him from the Test series.
He was then ruled out of the last two ODIs against the Afghans at Sharjah.
But the veteran is expected to feature in the three-match ODI series in the Caribbean.
The squad however, is almost identical to the one that played against South Africa recently at home.
The first Test gets underway on November 22 in Antigua while the second match starts on November 30 in Jamaica.
The two Tests will be followed by three ODIs and as many Twenty20 Internationals.
