The ace all-rounder blasted a 31-ball 69 with six fours and as many sixes to guide the table-toppers to a monumental 219/5, which was Rangpur's second straight 200-plus total in the tournament.
Later, he took the key scalp of Evin Lewis and finished with 2/30 while former South African leg-spinner Imran Tahir returned 5/26 as Khulna were dismissed for 141 in 18.2 overs to suffer their fourth defeat in a row.
The Riders have 14 points from nine matches while the Tigers are outside the playoff places at fifth with eight points from as many games.
