Bangladesh women cricket team won all three of their group A matches of the ICC Women T20 World Cup Qualifiers to reach the semifinal stage.
Bangladesh on Wednesday beat USA by 55 runs in their last group match at the Sheikh Abu Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
Bangladesh after winning the toss post 158-`1 thanks to an unbeaten stand of 138 runs between opener Murshida Khatun and skipper Nigar Sultana who made 77 off 64 and 56 off 40 balls respectively.
In reply USA finished with 103-3 as their skipper Sindhu Sriharsha scored not out 74 off 71 balls.
Earlier, Bangladesh beat Scotland and Ireland in their previous matches.
The finalists of the tournament will get the places for the next year’s T20 World Cup scheduled to take place at the South Africa.
