Asked to bat first, England posted a competitive 310 losing nine wickets in their 50 overs in Lincoln, riding on a century from Nat Sciver (108) and half century from opener Lauren Winfield-Hill (55).
Bangladesh left-arm spinner Nahida Akter bagged three wickets, while right-arm seamers Suraiya Azmin and Ritu Moni picked up two each.
In reply, the women in red and green were all out for 201 in 49.4 overs with No 3 batter Sharmin Akter top-scoring with 81 and opener Shamima Sultana chipping in with 33.
England's Freya Davies, Sciver and Charlie Dean took two wickets apiece.
The Tigresses will take on Pakistan in their second and final warm-up game Wednesday at the same venue.
Bangladesh will begin their maiden campaign in the 50-over World Cup taking on South Africa in Dunedin Saturday.
