Shahid's wife lodges complaint to BCB

Bangladesh cricketer Mohammad Shahid’s wife, Farzana Aktar, lodged a complaint to the BCB president Nazmul Hasan on Sunday. Farzana, mother of Shahid's two children, complained in the letter that he physically abused her several times and that he has extra-marital affairs with other women. She urged the BCB to solve the situation. Meanwhile, Shahid denied any wrongdoing and claimed that such allegations were made intentionally to tarnish his image. Shahid had played five Tests and one T20I for Bangladesh.
