Around 25 tola gold has been looted from Bangladesh cricketer Mehedi Hasan Miraz's house in Mirpur area of Dhaka.
Miraz filed a case with Kafrul police station in this regard Wednesday.
Confirming the matter, Kafrul police's Officer-in-Charge Md Selimuzzaman said: “Miraz was not in his house for some days. When he returned Wednesday, he saw that gold and money were missing.”

Around $600 were also stolen from the house.
The OC said: “The door of the house was locked, so we are suspecting that someone might have duplicated the key."
“We are investigating the matter.”
