Bangladesh ODI captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza will lead the BCB XI in the lone one-day practice match against the West Indies.
National opener Tamim Iqbal is also set to feature in the game that will take place at BKSP Thursday.
For both Mashrafe and Tamim, the game will serve as a platform to test themselves before going into the three-match ODI series against tourist Windies, scheduled to begin next Sunday.
Mashrafe was last involved in action during the ODI series against Zimbabwe at home in October this year.
The veteran right-arm pacer started practice from Thursday, having remained busy with his involvement in the 11th national general election, set to be held on December 30.

Meanwhile, Tamim has been out from action since suffering a hand injury in the opening game of the Asia Cup in September this year in the UAE.
The left-handed hard-hitting batsman had aimed to return to the national dressing room through the two-match Test series against the West Indies.
The ambition was however, not met as Tamim picked up a side-strain during a training session recently.
Following recovery from the injury, the Bangladesh opener will look to assess himself through the practice match, and make a comeback in the ODI series.
The BCB XI will also feature national cricketers in the shape of Imrul Kayes, Soumya Sarkar, Mohammad Mithun, Ariful Haque, Rubel Hossain and Nazmul Islam Apu.

The first two ODIs of the series will be held at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur next Sunday and Tuesday respectively.
Bangladesh and West Indies will then travel to Sylhet for the third and final ODI at Sylhet International Stadium, slated for next Friday.
The ODI series will be followed by a three-match T20I series.
