Bangladesh women’s cricket team suffered back-to-back defeats in the World T20I as England won against them by seven wickets, and with 39 balls remaining, in Gros Islet in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
England won the toss and put Salma Khatun and Co in to bat first and that decision paid off as they took wickets regularly.
Shamima Sultana, Fargana Hoque, Nigar Sultana and Sanjida Islam were all out without adding to the score.
Kirstie Gordon was the pick of the bowlers, as she took three wickets for 16 runs in her four overs and eventually, a solid England bowling performance restricted Bangladesh to just 76/9 after 20 overs.
Ayasha Rahman was the chief contributor with the bat as she made 39.
Bangladesh Women lost the match by 7 wickets in their second match of ICC World Twenty20 against England Women.

In reply, Bangladesh started well, with Salma getting a wicket off her first delivery.
She also managed to take her second wicket in the next over and after three overs, England were wobbling at 14/2.
But then, things turned around for England as wicket-keeper Shamima dropped a tough catch and gave Amy Jones a life off the bowling of Rumana Ahmed.
Jones was on 12 and she made it count as she top-scored with 28 and formed a partnership with Natalie Sciver to take the score to 51 before Sciver fell for 23, stumped by Shamima off the bowling of Khadija-tul Kubra.
But rain would arrive after the eighth over with England requiring 22 runs to win off 11 overs.

Last year Kirstie Gordon was playing for Scotland in the @CricketWorldCup Qualifiers. Now, having taken a huge gamble, she's won the Player of the Match award on her England and #WT20 debut.

When play resumed, the match was reduced to 16 overs with the revised target being 64.
It took just three deliveries from Rumana for Heather Knight to take the nine runs and give England their first win of the tournament.
The defeat puts Bangladesh in the bottom of Group A with England on top (three points), West Indies and South Africa on second and third with two points each, and Sri Lanka (one point) on fourth spot.
Bangladesh next face Sri Lanka Thursday night at 2am, Bangladesh standard time, at the same venue.
