The Bangladesh national women’s cricket team are set to take on England, Sri Lanka, South Africa and host West Indies from Group A in the ICC Women’s World T20 2018.

The Tigresses had finished as champion in the ICC Women’s World T20 qualifiers last week in Netherlands and qualified for the ICC flagship event as the first qualifier.
The curtain of the sixth edition of the Women’s World T20 will be raised on November and Bangladesh on the opening day will lock horns with one time champion Windies in Guyana. On November 12, the Tigresses will take on England who had bagged the title of the maiden edition of the tournament in 2009 at St Lucia.

Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka at Saint Lucia on November 14 in their third game and they will finally face South Africa in the last group game on November 18 at the same venue.
Bangladesh national women’s team has recently made headlines worldwide through consistent wins. The Tigresses first won the ACC Women’s Asia Cup T20 defeating six-time champions India in Kuala Lumpur last month. This month the side first won an away T20I series against Ireland 2-1 and then travelled to lift the ICC World T20 qualifiers trophy remaining unbeaten.
