“I bowled in the right areas, possibly four in every over. Some didn’t pitch in line. I didn’t have to change my line or length from [Tuesday],” he said. Mustafizur believes Bangladesh have a good chance of extracting a positive result of the second and final Test match at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium but for that to happen, they need to get the last wicket quickly on Thursday. “Nothing is impossible if we can play well. There are still two days left in the game. We have to take their last wicket and then if the batsmen can do well, we can give them a big target,” Mustafizur explained.

Wednesday was Mustafizur’s 22nd birthday and when questioned about his special day, the pace bowler replied that everyone wished him well, including his IPL teammates via whatsapp. “We have a whatsapp group for the [Sunrisers] Hyderabad team. Everyone wished me there, including Warner,” he concluded. Bangladesh players also celebrated his birthday later in the evening and Mustafizur shared those pictures on his verified facebook page.
