BCB HP team reach England for eight one-day matches

A sixteen-member BCB High Performance team reached England on Tuesday for their two-week long tour. Led by Nazmul Hossain Shanto, the BCB HP side will play eight one-day matches against different county clubs' 2nd XI sides. Besides Shanto, the side includes five Bangladesh cricketers in the shape of pacers Abu Haider and Subashish Roy, middle-order batsman Mosaddek Hossain, all-rounder Tanbir Hayder and leg-spinner Jubair Hossain.

The tourist will begin their tour facing Nottingham in back to back matches on Thursday and Friday respectively at Lady Bay Cricket Ground in West Bridgford. Following a day’s rest, the Bangladesh cricketers will take on Northants, Lancashire and Warwickshire on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday respectively.
