Bangladesh national cricket team all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been made a brand ambassador of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
A signing ceremony was held at the Biman headquarters on Tuesday.
Shakib Al Hasan said he was extremely proud to be part of the national flag carrier.
Biman was operating as a for-profit organization according to its business policy, the all-rounder said, adding that Biman could outshine other international airways if its services were presented positively.
He also mentioned that the prime minister would very much like it if the aircraft kept making strides in th e aviation industry.
