Duronto TV turns Eid into seven-day kids festival

Duronto TV is turning this Eid-ul-Fitr into a week-long celebration for children and families.

The children’s channel has announced a seven-day festive programing lineup, blending its popular in-house shows with 14 foreign films, special dramas, musical performances and family game shows.

From the first morning of Eid to the seventh day of the holiday, the channel promises a colourful schedule filled with songs, laughter and animated adventures.

Eid Day

The celebrations begin at 7:30am with the musical program “Ronger Khelay Surer Bhelay – Eid Special.”

Family-oriented shows follow throughout the morning with “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” at 9am and 1:30pm, featuring Khandaker Samiha Tajmin and her parents as guests.

“Ma-Babai Sera” airs at 9:30am and 6:30pm, while children’s musical segment Aseis performs songs at 10am and 6pm.

The lively kids’ show “Dushtu Mishti” airs at 10:30am, followed by the Eid drama serial “Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” at 1pm.

The family game show “Duronto Family” appears at 2pm and 7pm. Animated films “Mobarak” and “The Smurfs” will be screened at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 2

On the second day of Eid, “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” airs at 9am and 1:30pm, featuring Afra and her mother.

“Ma-Babai Sera” returns at 9:30am and 6:30pm, while the children’s band show Durantapana features Kholachad Unlimited at 10am and 6pm.

“Dushtu Mishti” airs at 10:30am, followed by “Duronto Family” at 1pm and “Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” at 2pm and 7pm.

Foreign films “Surfs’ UP” and “The Smurfs 2” will be shown at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 3

On the third day, “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” returns at 9am and 1:30pm with Turya and her father.

Special episodes of “Ma-Babai Sera” air at 9:30am and 6:30pm, featuring Rayad bin Saiful and Rafan bin Saiful with their parents.

The band Gangafaring performs in “Durantapana” at 10am and 6pm, followed by “Dushtu Mishti” at 10:30am.

The Eid serial “Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” airs at 1pm, while “Duronto Family” appears at 2pm and 7pm.

Foreign films “Open Season” and “Rana Silence” will be screened at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 4

On the fourth day, “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” airs at 9am and 1:30pm with Wasia Amin and her mother.

“Ma-Babai Sera” features Shreyanti Pal and Shaswati Pal with their parents at 9:30am and 6:30pm.

The band Bisarga performs in “Durantapana” at 10am and 6pm, while “Dushtu Mishti” airs at 10:30am.

“Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” airs at 1pm, and “Duronto Family” at 2pm and 7pm.

The films “Mr Frog” and “100% Wolf” will be shown at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 5

On day five, “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” features Roza and her mother at 9am and 1:30pm.

“Ma-Babai Sera” airs at 9:30am and 6:30pm, with Mahita Tajmin Qayyum and her parents as guests.

Artists Tamal and Prithia perform in “Durantapana” at 10am and 6pm, followed by “Dushtu Mishti”  at 10:30am.

“Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” airs at 1pm, and “Duronto Family” at 2pm and 7pm.

The films “Felix and the Treasure of Morgäa” and “The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn” will be screened at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 6

On the sixth day, “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” features Zara Habib and her mother at 9am and 1:30pm.

“Ma-Babai Sera” airs at 9:30am and 6:30pm, with Tanim Reza Kamal and Tamim Reza Kanak with their parents.

Artists Suha and Samah perform in “Durantapana” at 10am and 6pm, while “Dushtu Mishti” airs at 10:30am.

“Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” airs at 1pm, and “Duronto Family” at 2pm and 7pm.

Films “Pim and Pom The Big Adventure” and “Benny Brat” will be shown at 3pm and 10pm.

Day 7

The final day features “Banai Mozar Khabar - Ma, Baba ar Ami” at 9am and 1:30pm, with Anirban Reza and his mother as guests.

“Ma-Babai Sera” airs at 9:30am and 6:30pm, featuring Taher Sobhan and his parents.

Artists Arpita and Arnab perform in “Durantapana” at 10am and 6pm, followed by “Dushtu Mishti” at 10:30am.

“Hoi Hoi Halla – Season 3” airs at 1pm, while “Duronto Family” airs at 2pm and 7pm.

The closing movie slots feature “Triple Trouble” and “Supermiss!” at 3pm and 10pm.
