The police action thriller "Shaan" will be released in 80 North American movie theatres on June 24, 2022.
Starring Siam Ahmed and Puja Chery in the lead roles, the film is currently enjoying a successful local theatrical run, with multiple houseful shows at Dhaka's Madhumita, Shyamali Cinema Hall, Madhumita, and Blockbuster Cinema.
The film marks director director M Raahim's debut, who had previously collaborated with Siam as an assistant director for his first two films "Poramon 2" and "Dahan."
The promotional campaign of the film has drawn a largely positive response from fans, who have participated in fan-made teaser and trailer contests and attended a dinner party with the lead stars Siam and Puja.
"I am really proud of the response we have received so far. The audiences are returning to the halls and we couldn’t be happier," said Siam.
Produced by Filmman Entertainment, "Shaan" will hit North American theatres on June 24.
