Homecoming in Bangladesh

Star Cineplex is releasing one of the most popular superhero of all time, Spider-Man’s next installment titled, Spider-Man: Homecoming today, along with the rest of the world. This character has made a much awaited Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in last year’s Captain America: Civil War after which, many were of the opinion that the scenes with Spider-Man were among the best parts of the film. Furthermore, fans were elated when Marvel announced that Spider-Man will be starring in his own film in 2017, to be helmed by MCU. They also revealed that the movie will feature MCU’s poster boy since its inception in 2008, Robert Downey Jr aka Iron Man aka Tony Stark. Directed by Jon Watts, the film will feature the likes of Tom Holland, Jacob Batalon, Zendaya and Michael Keaton among others. The new Spider-Man for this venture, Tom Holland has successfully introduced himself as the web-slinger in last year’s Captain America: Civil War. Now, the 21-year-old will be seen headlining in the movie with a little help from his friend Robert Downey Jr. The film starts right where Captain America: Civil War leaves things off, as far as Peter Parker’s (Tom Holland) story is concerned but Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton) aka Vulture’s story goes back to the first Avengers film. The story follows the life of Peter Parker and how it changes after his stint alongside the Avengers. While Tony Stark assures him that he’ll be called “when the time is right and advises him to not do what Tony would do and definitely not do what Tony wouldn’t do.” Basically, Tony wants him to be the friendly neighborhood hero that Spider-Man is normally seen to be while Peter wants to prove his worth and is just looking for a chance. He comes face to face with The Vulture, and all hell breaks loose, so much so that even Tony leaves him on his own. What happens next forms the rest of the film. The Bangladeshi audience will be enjoying the film along with the rest of the world, on the same day as its international release.
