Federation of Film Societies of India Kerala Region is organizing a virtual Ritwik Ghatak Film Festival from November 4-9 on the occasion of the late director’s 95th birthday.
The six-day festival would screen Ghatak’s five films: Meghe Dhaka Tara, Ajantrik, Komal Gandhar, Subarnarekha and Jukti Takko Aar Gappo.

A biopic of Ghatak, also titled Meghe Dhaka Tara, directed by Kamleswar Mukherjee, would be screened as well.
