Dhaka DocLab, the pioneer platform for pitching and mentoring of documentary filmmakers in Bangladesh, will commence virtually on August 24. This edition will have three different categories for projects and pitch sessions.
The categories are South Asian Projects, Asia – Pacific projects and Projects at Work in Progress. The projects and pitch sessions for Asia Pacific category will be held in collaboration with DocEdge Festival, New Zealand.
Participants of previous three editions of Dhaka DocLab will get the chance to join the special edition of Work in Progress pitching. The selected projects for this Work in Progress category will be declared later this month, informed the organizers.
The lab for the participants of South Asian & Asia Pacific projects will be held from August 24-27. Pitching for all these categories will be held on September 29-30.
