Masum Aziz hospitalised

Veteran actor and director, Masum Aziz has been hospitalised after he suffering from severe chest pain on Friday around 2am. Aziz has been diagnosed with cardiac abnormalities and is recovering from the illness. The National Film Award winning actor is currently admitted at Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital. Sabiha Zaman, wife of the actor confirmed the news and has asked everyone to pray for his quick recovery. Masum Aziz is also known as a playwright and who has worked on stage, TV dramas and films simultaneously. He first appeared on a TV drama back in 1985 and has, till now, appeared in more than 400 dramas. The veteran actor was honoured with the National film Award in the best supporting actor category in 2006 for his oustanding performance in Ghani.
