Dhaka Tribune’s Showtime recently contacted the director to ask him about updates on the project. Habibur said: “The first lot of our production successfully ended on February 10 and Mazharul Razu is the cinematographer of the project. Our 3D camera equipment and gear partners are Skywork Studios in Mumbai, India.”
“Me and my team are now preparing for the second phase of our production which hopefully will begin soon,” added the director.
Dhaka Tribune’s Showtime also contacted the project’s cinematographer, Mazharul Razu, to ask about his experience shooting the first ever 3D film of Bangladesh. Mazharul said: “The whole project was a great experience for me. This is the first time I am working with the 3ality TS5 rig which is used for stereoscopic 3D films but the technicians from Skyworks were very helpful. They have a lot of experience in this field and have worked on major projects like the recent 3D Bollywood sci fi film ‘2.0,’ and Hollywood titles like ‘Spy Kids 4D’.”
“We are hoping to start the next phase of production from April,” added Mazharul.
Acclaimed Bangladeshi actor Ahmed Rubel is playing the central character in the film. The project is being produced by MISE En SCÈNE Productions which also got the film grant from the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in fiscal year 2017-2018 .
