Jewel, Modhubanti's 'Shudhu Tomake'

Kolkata singer Madhubanti Bagchi gained popularity through playback singing in films with tracks like “Egiye De” from the film “Shudhu Tomari Jonno” or “Item Bomb” from the film “Kelor Kirti.” With her last track “Ar Kono Kotha Nei” with Arijit Singh in the joint venture film “Shikari,” she received immense popularity in both Bengals. On the occasion of Valentine’s day, the popular West Bengal singer collaborated on a duet track titled “Shudhu Tomake” with Bangladeshi singer Jewel Morshed. The song is penned by Amzad Hossain and composed by Shaon Gaanwala. The music video of the song is directed by Shahriar Palak. Madhubanti said: “I am very picky about my work. In simple words, I don't sing unless it's a good song. I loved the track “Shudhu Tomake” and am hoping that listeners of both Bengals will appreciate it as it has the vibe of both.” Jewel Morshed said: “Madhubanti sings very well and is one of my favourite singers. Hopefully the listeners will enjoy the track. The video is based on a very unique story which will make the audience nostalgic.” The production company of the track, Dhruba Music Station's (DMS) Valentine's festival has started from February 1 and “Shudhu Tomake” is a part of their campaign. The track will be released on their YouTube channel and also can be streamed on GP Music, Yonder Music and Banglalink Vibe.
