Shilpa Shinde winner of ‘Bigg Boss 11’

Finally “Bigg Boss” has declared TV actor Shilpa Shinde as the winner of season 11. Shilpa started her career almost 18 years ago on Indian TV. A negative role in “Bhabhi” brought her into spotlight and she quickly followed it up with a role in “Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai.” It was the medical soap “Sanjeevani” and “Amrapali” that cemented her position in the industry. While she has a long and interesting career graph acting in DD National’s popular show “Meher - Kahani Haq Aur Haqeeqat Ki,” Star Plus’ “Hatim,” Zee TV’s “Rabba Ishq Na Hove” and “Betiyaan Apni Yaa Paraaya Dhan,” her breakthrough happened with the role “Chidiya Ghar.” Next she acted in “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain” where she played the role of Angoori Bhabi. Ostensibly, her most popular role till date brought negative publicity when she walked off the show after a year alleging that the makers “mentally tortured” her. She later accused Sanjay Kohli, producer of the show, of sexual harassment and his wife, Benaifer Kohli, of threatening her. She received public attention given her bad terms with Vikash. But Shilpa also stood by her friends in the show and even built a good bonding with Vikash later. In retrospect, she told a local magazine that her most bitter moments were caused by Arshi Khan and Akash Dadlani. Though they started with good terms, suddenly Arshi and Akash left Shilpa alone. The winner also shared bitter experience with “Big Boss 11” runner-up Hina Khan. Shilpa said she would not want to meet Hina ever again in her life.
