Facebook bans rapper Lil B for hate speech

US based rapper Lil B has been banned by the Facebook for 30 days under the “Hate speech” criteria.
According to Facebook policies, Lil B’s posts have violated the site regulations.
Meanwhile, the rapper has expressed his anger over the issue.
According to the political news website The Hill, Lil B posted about white people and gun Violence in USA.
One of the posts read: “White people are the only ones who really love they guns U can tell they are violent people! I don’t live in fear I don’t need a gun - Lil B.”
While another post read: “White people so scared they the reason why guns are a problem if white people put down the gunze we all be safe but nope! They violent - Lil B.”
A Facebook spokesperson told the media: “The site’s hate speech policies apply equally to all races and are “race-neutral”, and the consequence of violating those policies depends on the severity of the violation.”
The social media giant Facebook has a section on posts where a user can report abuse.
Lil B faced a similar ban in 2014. His fans have heavily criticized this ban by Facebook over Twitter, another popular social media platform.
