Mobile phone operator Airtel has launched an online portal to cater for customers’ needs with services which can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
The virtual platform called the “Airtel Online Experience Centre” was inaugurated yesterday. It is the first of its kind in Bangladesh’s telecommunication industry.
The site provides the customers with a unique opportunity to access self-care services over digital space and Internet, Airtel claimed in a press release.
At the same time it also facilitates Airtel in creating awareness and increase knowledge level of customers through visual aid, the release added.
Online Airtel Experience Centre is a 3D animated online portal that can be accessed through the website of Airtel Bangladesh Limited (www.bd.airtel.com).
It is a one stop solution for Airtel customers in the virtual platform where they can avail any service that they could have received from a physical experience centre.
Anybody can have access to the portal from anywhere and anytime from their computer connected with Internet.
The use of experience centre is seamless and intuitive and requires the first time customers to create a profile to access the portal.
The customers can navigate by using keyboard keys and mouse.
Chief Operating Officer Rajnish Kaul and Chief Service Officer Rubaba Dowla were present at the launching function.
