Tirandaz Natyadal is going to stage Mohita Chaterjee’s drama Kanthanaleete Surya at Natmandal, the theatre at Dhaka University on September 21.

Rajeev Dey will direct the drama this time while Rifat Ahmed Nobel the Music and Mitali choreography.
While talking about the drama Kanthanaleete Surya, Rajeev said he would be happy if the drama manage to speak itself and convey the theme.
The drama has drawn various lineages of crisis, conflict and relation among realism, surrealism and existentialism by portraying transformation of stranger into a dog from a human in different contexts of existential crisis, which eventually symbolises the evolution of the human history.
Dipak Suman, Mitali, Shafiqul Islam, Sharif Avi, Kazi Toufiqul Islam Emon, Tapas Kumar, Arup Kundu, Manas Mridha and Sohag Talukdar among the casts are set to play different roles in the play.
