Teen-X Bangladesh continues to strengthen youth leadership and policy awareness as its President Shahi Al Sadat, a student of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, and its assistant general secretary (AGS) Afia Tasnim, a student of Army Institute of Business Administration (Army IBA), have jointly published a book titled “Blueprint for Youth Policy.”
The book is now available on Google Books, offering a platform for young people, policymakers, and social development enthusiasts to explore ideas related to youth participation, leadership, governance, and policy development.
Through “Blueprint for Youth Policy,” Shahi Al Sadat and Afia Tasnim aim to highlight the importance of youth involvement in decision-making processes and encourage the next generation to actively contribute to building effective policies for society.
The publication reflects their vision of empowering young people as responsible citizens and future leaders.

Teen-X Bangladesh is a youth-led social initiative committed to promoting the safety, rights, and well-being of women, children, and teenagers across Bangladesh.

Teen-X Mobile App
To expand access to safety resources and support services, Teen-X has developed the Teen-X Mobile App, which provides users with essential information, guidance, and safety-related resources.

Teen-X provides a 24/7 live chat support service through its official website www.teenx.io
The platform provides information and guidance on legal aid, child protection, rights-related concerns, and mental health support. Through this service, individuals can receive timely assistance and access appropriate support whenever needed.
Help Management System
In June 2024, Teen-X, in collaboration with the Meherpur District Administration, launched a Help Management System to improve support access for vulnerable women, children, and teenagers.
The system was created to streamline assistance requests, improve case coordination, and connect individuals with relevant legal, social, and protection services. Since its launch, the initiative has supported numerous individuals by ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it more effectively.
Major Program
Teen-X’s most recent national program was held on November 25, 2025 at the Rangpur Medical College Auditorium under the theme: “Government Among the People for the Protection of Marginalized Women and Children.”
The youth-centred assembly was jointly organized by Nirapad Alliance and Teen-X Bangladesh, with support from the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs.
The program was attended by Sharmeen S. Murshid, then-adviser to the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs and the Ministry of Social Welfare, who emphasized the importance of meaningful youth participation in protecting women and children and creating a safer Bangladesh.
The event was implemented with cooperation from the District Administration, the Department of Social Services, and the Department of Women Affairs.
Youth representatives from different districts participated in the youth assembly, oath-taking ceremony, and tributes to the families of the July Movement martyrs.
Youth Leadership for Policy Change
With the publication of “Blueprint for Youth Policy,” Teen-X president Shahi Al Sadat and AGS Afia Tasnim continue to promote the importance of youth voices in shaping the future of society.
Teen-X believes that young people should not only be the recipients of policies but also active participants in creating solutions.
