G&R transformation

Since the very beginning of G&R, the first and leading online display advertising network in Bangladesh in 2011, the vision had been to build technology and solutions that would enable a sustainable online ecosystem. Since its inception, G&R helped local publishers to better monetise their websites and advertisers to enhance their reach online. With the rapid growth of the relevant sector, this seems not to be enough. The team is determined to do more.

With the new approach, it will not be only about monetisation for publishers, but also about strategic release of inventory for more revenue. For advertisers, it won't just be about reach but also measuring performance and going mobile. The new approach will also allow G&R to keep tremendous focus on the extraordinary opportunities that has been developed in our country recently, like e-commerce.

G&R is excited in making it even better through greater focus and also restructured their team to stretch the limits. There has been some ambiguity regarding its chief executive officer, Nash Islam, who will now be a director of the company. A key part of this whole change process is its co-founder, Muhammad Nazimuddaula, the new chief executive officer of the company. The new G&R has already developed a clear vision and a culture which is more open, accountable and energised. This team aims be more ambitious on getting things done through transparent communication and responsibility.

G&R believes it would make the internet more meaningful in Bangladesh by constantly striving to be innovative, embracing the unconventional and applying a highly data-driven approach. They will soon announce new updates and launch fresh products that will relate to long term growth strategy.
