It doesn’t matter if you’re in your 20s, 30s or even 40s, there are certain rules to follow, if you’re single.
Rule #1 - Like anything else in style, we like to work our way out from the inside. Good underwear isn’t hard to find. You have no excuse from racking up on boxers or boxer-briefs. No more of your lucky pair of underwear that has stood the test of time with peekaboo holes in them. Stay clean and stay fresh.
Rule #2 - Sometimes the little things make the biggest statements. Find yourself a classy wallet or card holder. The next time you’re at a cafe or restaurant, whipping out your slim-leather wallet will attract all the right attention. Who knew you could discretely slip away a card holder in your pockets? The opposite, like those bulging out of your rear end, velcro wallets, is highly unattractive.
Rule #3 - As a single man, you might as well spend plenty of time on your own, and away from the noise pollution. Invest in some quality headphones. No, not those overrated Beats. A pair that has noise canceling features and without the fuss of wires. Those long commutes from your office to work can be excruciating. Then there are those intense typing sessions at the office, turn up the classical music and your focus goes up a notch.
Rule #4 - A two-wheeler with pedals you say? Indeed! There is no shame in not having a car in this traffic congested city. You’re actually better off taking a rickshaw. But how about getting your self from point A to point B on your own terms? You don’t need to fork over a ridiculous amount to buy yourself a solid bicycle. It’s yours, you can do with what you want with it. And let’s not forget getting your fitness level on par.
Rule #5 - A fresh wakeup call is always welcomed. Make sure you’ve got your travel pack of grooming products on deck. The most important would be a travel-sized face wash. It is absolutely essential that you keep a fresh face, while fending off that excess oil and grime. This is something that falls right into the next rule.
Rule #6 - Bags, gentlemen. Remember, the type of bag you should be caring all depends on where you’re going. If you can afford it (and you should), get yourself a certain bag for different occasions. From gym bags to messengers, there’s a bag for all adventures. Heck, you can even find a do-it-all bag, if you look for it closely.
