Ata Safdar, managing director of Reckitt Benckiser, Thailand, Philippines, and Indo-China will be speaking at the Leadership Summit 2014 about key challenges and opportunities towards developing leadership.
He started his career at the largest FMCG multinational company Unilever as the Product Group Manager of Toilet Soaps Nigeria. He carried on at Unilever to become the Customer Management Director in Bangladesh for four years.
In 2002, he moved on to Reckitt Benckiser, Bangladesh as the Managing Director.
He also served as the Managing Director Nigeria and General Manager, Central Africa, and Reckitt Benckiser for four years. In the summit Mr Safdar will discuss developing corporate leadership in the context of Bangladesh.
