“The Golden Bridge,” called "Cau Vang" by locals--is the latest tourist attraction in Vietnam. The golden colour walkway appears to be held by two “giant hands.”
The bridge is 150 meter long and stands tall 1000 meters above the sea level.
It was made to give the tourists a stunning view of the Ba Na Mountains. Two giant stone hands support the bridge which has attracted thousands of tourists since it opened in June.
Designed by Vietnamese architect Vu Viet Anh, the hands are made of steel mesh, concrete and fibreglass. However, they appear to be made with natural stone.
Architect Vu Viet tried to make the visitors feel like they are on the walkway in the sky, among the foggy and fairy-like lands of Ba Na Mountain.
The bridge has also received social media and international attention.
