Anwar Galvanizing Ltd declared 20% cash and 10% stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2021.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday, the company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk3.92 and net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk13.31 for the year ended on June 30, 2021, as against Tk1.93 (restated) and Tk10.85 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place on January 12, 2022, online.
During Sunday’s trade, the closing price for each of its shares was Tk422.6.
