Peoples Insurance Company Ltd has appointed S M Azizul Hossain as the chief executive officer (CEO), effective from August 9, 2021.
The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) approved the appointment of THE new CEO, the company said in a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Peoples Insurance Company last offered 11% cash and 5% stock dividend back in the year 2020. The closing price for each of its shares was Tk52.8 during Wednesday’s session.
