Net foreign investment at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has declined to nearly halve in the just concluded fiscal year compared to the previous fiscal.
According to the DSE data released yesterday, foreign investors’ net investment stood at over Tk1,299 crore, down around 48% over the fiscal year 2014-15 when it was Tk2,493 crore.
During the same period, total foreign trade, however, stood at almost Tk7,000 crore, an increase of more than 37% a year before.
