Bangladesh has hit the list of top remittance recipient countries with $14 billion in remittances in the year 2013. Now, why don’t we have a glimpse into the list of countries from which Bangladeshis has remitted the most.
Next to the top five countries, Bangladeshis earned 432.45m dollars from Oman, 282.83m dollar from Bahrain, 166.32m dollars from Qatar, 36.24m dollars from South Korea, 18.46m dollars from Germany and 11.41m dollars from Japan.
Bangladeshis also earned 418m dollars from a number of different countries. From July last year to the February this year Bangladeshis earned 9206.11m dollars in total.
