The 467th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Tuesday, September 15 at the bank’s head office.
Chairman of the board of directors Badiur Rahman presided over the meeting.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Vice chairman of the board Liakat Ali Chowdhury, directors Khalilur Rahman, Salim Rahman, Md Enayet Ullah, Ahamedul Hoque, Mohammad Abdus Salam, Engr Kh Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Mohammed Emadur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam, Khwaja Shahriar, SM Zahir Uddin Haider, observer Mohammad Anisur Rahman, director (IBRPD), Bangladesh Bank, managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman, and senior executives of the bank were present at the meeting.
