A 3-day training workshop titled 'General Banking Management' at Al-Arafah Islami Bank began at the bank’s training institute.
Managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the workshop as chief guest on September 8.
Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan said that skilled and competent human resources are one of the key foundations of a bank’s success.
He emphasized the need for continuous development of employee’s knowledge and professional skills in line with the changing banking landscape, technological advancements, and growing customer demands.
He also stressed the importance of effectively applying the knowledge gained through training to enhance the quality of banking services and operational efficiency.
The program was presided over by AIBTI principal and senior executive vice president Md Abdur Rahim Duary.
The workshop was attended by senior assistant vice president Md Mazharul Alam, assistant vice president Jasim Uddin, senior principal officer Md Shamim, and senior officials were present.
A total of 50 selected general banking officials from different branches of the bank participated in the training.
These training programs will help develop skilled bankers and enhance the quality, efficiency, and speed of banking services for customers.
