IFIC Bank PLC and Dhaka Regency, one of the country’s renowned five-star hotels and resorts, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The MoU was signed on Tuesday, August 11, at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower in Dhaka in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
In the presence of Md Monitur Rahman, deputy managing director (DMD) & chief information officer, and Sheikh Akhter Uddin Ahmed, deputy managing director (DMD) & chief of loan performance management of IFIC Bank, the MoU was signed on behalf of the Bank by Helal Ahmed, chief of branch business & head of operations, while Md. Mahmud Hasan, director, sales & marketing, signed on behalf of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort.
Among others present at the ceremony were Md Zakir Hossain, head of cards and digital banking of IFIC Bank, and Fabliha Gulrukh, assistant marketing manager of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort, along with other senior officials from both organizations.
Under the MoU, IFIC Bank debit and credit cardholders will be able to enjoy a 50% discount on room rates, 40% on buffet dining, 10% on the à la carte menu, 50% on banquet venues, 15% on spa services, and 30% on health club (gym) facilities at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort.
