The 465th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday, July 30, at the bank’s head office.
Chairman of the board of directors Badiur Rahman presided over the meeting.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Vice Chairman of the board Liakat Ali Chowdhury, directors Khalilur Rahman, Salim Rahman, Mahbub Ahmed, Hafez Md Enayetullah, Ahamedul Hoque, Mohammad Abdus Salam, Engr Kh Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Md Rafiqul Islam, Anwar Hossain, Khwaja Shahriar, Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, observer Mohammad Anisur Rahman, director (IBRPD), Bangladesh Bank, managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman, and senior executives of the bank were present at the meeting.
