Bank Asia launches ‘Bank Asia ZEN’ mobile banking platform

Bank Asia PLC has officially launched Bank Asia ZEN, the new and enhanced version of its mobile banking platform, marking another milestone in the Bank's digital transformation journey. 

The inauguration ceremony was held on July 8 at Bank Asia Tower.

Sohail RK Hussain, managing director of the bank, along with other members of senior management team, inaugurated the app. 

Bank Asia Smart App has been rebranded as Bank Asia ZEN with a refreshed identity and significantly enhanced features to provide customers with a faster, smarter, and more seamless banking experience.

Designed to make everyday banking more convenient and secure, Bank Asia ZEN offers an improved user interface, enhanced security features and a wide range of digital banking services.

Customers can conveniently manage their accounts, open FDR and DPS account, transfer funds, pay utility bills, recharge mobile phones, make QR payments, access card services and enjoy many other banking facilities—all from a single platform.

Speaking on the occasion, the managing director of the bank said the launch of Bank Asia ZEN reflects the bank's continued commitment to innovation and customer-centric digital banking solutions. The new platform has been developed to meet the evolving needs of customers by delivering a more intuitive, efficient and secure banking experience.
