Sheltech Ceramics Limited (SCL) opened its newest Experience Center on September 24 at Sheltech Legacy Plaza in Banasree, marking the brand’s third Experience Center in Dhaka.
Located on Banasree’s main road, the new space brings Sheltech Ceramics’ collection of tile products to one of the capital’s rapidly developing residential and commercial areas.
The center is designed as a place where customers can see and experience products in person, from textures and finishes to different combinations and applications.
Speaking about the inauguration, Tanvir Ahmed, managing director, Sheltech Group, said: “Every new Experience Center gives us an opportunity to be closer to our customers and to understand their changing needs. Banasree has developed into an important part of Dhaka, and we see strong potential in this area. With this center, we want to make the Sheltech Ceramics experience more accessible to customers here.”
The new Experience Center is part of Sheltech Legacy Plaza, a newly launched 17-story commercial development on Banasree’s main road.
Its location offers convenient access to Gulshan, Rampura, and Hatirjheel, while planned MRT connectivity is expected to further improve accessibility to the area.
For Sheltech Ceramics, the Banasree opening builds on an expanding network of customer-facing spaces across Dhaka.
SCL already operates Experience Centers in Tejgaon and Hatirpool, each offering customers an opportunity to explore their collections beyond the traditional showroom experience.
Rather than simply displaying products, the new Banasree center has been designed to help customers experience how different tiles and surfaces work together.
This gives homeowners, architects, designers, and project professionals a more direct way to explore options and make decisions based on the actual look and feel of the products.
With its third Dhaka Experience Center now open, Sheltech Ceramics is continuing to expand its physical presence in areas where the city’s residential and commercial landscape is evolving rapidly.
