The Bangladesh Apparel Youth Leaders Alliance (Bayla) announced the Bayla Future Summit 2026, a landmark gathering of industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, entrepreneurs, sustainability champions, global experts, and future changemakers, taking place on July 20–21 2026 at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka.
As Bangladesh's apparel and textile sector continues its transformation amid rapid technological advancement, evolving global markets, sustainability imperatives, and changing workforce dynamics, the Bayla Future Summit 2026 will serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and leadership.
The two-day summit will bring together distinguished voices from across the apparel value chain to discuss the opportunities and challenges that will shape the industry's next decade.
Under Bayla's vision of empowering the next generation of leaders, the summit aims to bridge generations, sectors, and perspectives by creating a space where established industry pioneers and emerging leaders can engage in conversations that drive progress and innovation.
The summit's keynote program will feature three signature speaker tracks:
- Navigators – Visionary leaders and industry pioneers sharing insights on steering organizations and industries through change.
- Game Changers – Entrepreneurs, innovators, disruptors, and pioneers redefining what is possible and creating the future.
